This is a two and a half-hour seminar and run in 11 locations. It includes training on rights and responsibilities in order that employers gain a greater understanding in this respect. The resources offered to Childcare employers attending the seminar will constitute an ongoing reference guide for future employers.

This three hour course is intended for management personnel of child care centres. The course aims to increase awareness and understanding about employer practices for voluntary management personnel who may not have access to management support. By the end of the course participants should be able to understand their obligations as employers and increase their understanding of their rights as employers, especially in relation to “The Desirable Objectives and Practices (1996)” as issued by the Ministry of Education.
