I. Reaching an agreement on an offer

When you have reached a final agreement on the appointment, you and the employee should both sign a final offer of employment and the employment agreement.

It is useful to include in the agreement an acknowledgement by the employee of the process and their understanding of it. An example of an acknowledgement is available online as part of the Employment Agreement Builder or phone 0800 20 90 20.
